Raw Mango Big


Sahaja Raw Mangoes comes in two different sizes - Big and small. These are usually used for making the famous Mango pickle. Sahaja Raw Mangoes are procured directly from farmers' cooperatives and grown without using chemical pesticides. Healthy! Nutritious! 100% Organic!

Nutritional values - Mango is low in calories but full of nutrients. It is an excellent source of flavanoids like β-carotene, α-carotene, and β-cryptoxanthin, vitamins like A, B1 (Thiamine), B2 (Riboflavin), B3 (Niacin), B5 (Pantothenic acid), B6 (pyridoxine), B9 (Folate), K (potassium), C (ascorbic acid) and Vit E. It is also a good source of minerals like manganese and magnesium, high in antioxidants like mangiferin, catechins, anthocyanins, etc.
