Roti Pickle or Roti Pachhadi is a quick chutney made using mortar and pestle. The secret to this delicious pachhadi/pickle is to ensure that the pieces are crushed coarsely and not finely. Flavouring it with curry leaves and coriander gives a wonderful taste. Sahaja Gongura Roti Pickle is manufactured and packed here at our own food processing unit. Nutritious! Nutritional values - The core ingredient of Gongura pickle i..e Gongura helps in curing of different kinds of urinary tract infections, sexually transmitted diseases. lowering blood pressure, treating dull, dry & damaged hair, treating cancer by destroying the malignant cells and prevent further growth. prevents anemia, improves digestion, increases immunity and thus making stronger bones. The minerals present in pickle include iron, magnesium, phosphorous, potassium, and sodium. These are Gongura/Sorrel leaves, Garlic, whole Red Chilli and whole Green Chilli, Tamarind, Groundnut oil, Mustard, Jeera, Fenugreek, Turmeric powder, Curry leaves, Coriander leaves, Black gram and Rock salt.
