Roti Pickle or Roti Pachhadi is a quick chutney made using mortar and pestle. The secret to this delicious pachhadi/pickle is to ensure that the pieces are crushed coarsely and not finely. Flavouring it with Curry leaves and Coriander gives a wonderful taste. Sahaja Sora Roti Pickle is manufactured and packed here at our own food processing unit. Nutritious! The ingredients used in our Sahaja Handmade Pickles are pure, organic and procured directly from our farmer cooperatives. These are Bottle Gourd/Sora pieces, Garlic, whole Red Chilli and whole Green Chilli, Tamarind, Groundnut oil, Mustard, Jeera, Fenugreek, Turmeric powder, Curry leaves, Coriander leaves, Black gram and Rock salt.
