Sahaja Soyabean


Soybean, the richest protein plant source in the world. Soybeans or soya beans (Glycine max) are a type of legume native to eastern Asia. Sahaja Soyabean are procured directly from farmers' cooperatives. It is healthy, nutritious, 100% organic and free from chemical pesticides.

Nutritional values - It contains low calories, fats and carbohydrates and free from cholesterol. It is a rich source of dietary fiber and fatty acids. The main types of protein are glycinin and conglycinin, the predominant type of fat is linoleic acid. The low GI makes it suitable for people with diabetes.
