Small round seeds of the mustard plant. Several varieties of mustard plants are used to get mustard seeds, around 40 different species exist. These have creamy texture, strong, pungent taste and a spicy flavor. Sahaja Mustard seeds are procured directly from farmers' cooperatives, healthy, nutritious, 100% organic and free from chemical pesticides.

Health benefits - These have immense healing properties, consumption reduces rheumatoid arthritis symptoms, asthma and control diabetes. They act as a remedy for migraine and indigestion. The mustard oil is used to massage during extreme winter, as it keeps the body warm. They are also beneficial for menopausal women who have trouble sleeping.
